This is a deposit for a custom order. There is a MINIMUM order limit of $100.

Once you have placed your deposit order, please DM or email us at Ruggedwrangler320@gmail.com with all details and items you would like to order. Please include your order number and order confirmation when doing this. We prefer you do this as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order spot and a reminder that deposits are non-refundable. Please be as detailed as you can so we can give you a proper final quote. Pictures are great. Once details are finalized, we will send a final invoice. The $100 deposit will come off of the final total. Invoices need to be paid immediately, within 24-48 hours. We have many payment options online, including Shop Pay installments, for all payment needs.

You will be responsible for supplying the Heels you want. They must be brand new and unworn. If they are not the shoes will be shipped back to you and you Will lose your deposit.

This is a kind reminder that we have our own style and will not copy another maker's work. We reserve the right to refuse certain designs or projects. We are a one-person team and will only take on as many projects as we can handle. Turnaround time is 3-6 weeks but can fluctuate based on the order and when your shoes arrive. If you are needing an order by a certain time, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate.
