Custom Leather Duffle Bag - Order Deposit

This is a deposit for a custom leather duffle bag order. There is a MINIMUM order limit of $150 for custom bag work.

How to Order

If you would like a quote, please use the contact form at the bottom of our homepage or email us at ruggedwrangler320@gmail.com. Be as detailed as possible.

Once you place your deposit order, contact us via DM or email at ruggedwrangler320@gmail.com with all your requested details. Please include your order number and confirmation. Contacting us quickly allows us to begin designing your bag right away.

Provide as many details as possible so we can give you an accurate final quote. Reference pictures are highly encouraged. Once we finalize your design, we will send a final invoice. Your deposit will be applied to the total. Invoices must be paid before your duffle bag is shipped. We offer various online payment options, including Shop Pay Installments.

What to Include When You Contact Us

• Leather color preference.
• Hardware finish (brass, nickel, matte black).
• Stitching style or thread color preferences.
• Pocket layout, lining material, and strap style
• Custom details like monogramming, stamped logos, or tooled designs.
• Required date (perfect for gifts, anniversaries, or travel plans).

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to decline certain designs or projects.
• Turnaround time is typically 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and order volume. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
• If you need an order by a specific date, let us know right away so we can confirm availability.
• We create original pieces and will not copy another maker’s work. Inspiration photos are welcome, but we will craft your duffle in our signature style.

Deposit & Payment

Your deposit reserves your place in our queue and will be applied to your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to revised orders if needed. Final invoices must be paid in full before we ship your duffle bag.
