Custom Leather Belt - Order Deposit

***PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING***

This is a deposit for a custom leather belt order. There is a MINIMUM order limit of $200 for custom work. Children's belts will be around $75.

How to Order

If you would like a quote, please reach out using the contact form at the bottom of our homepage or email us at ruggedwrangler320@gmail.com. Be as detailed as possible.

Once you place your deposit order, please contact us via DM or email at ruggedwrangler320@gmail.com with all details and items you would like to order. Please include your order number and order confirmation. We prefer you contact us as soon as possible so we can begin planning your piece. We will need pictures of your current belt and or measurements so that we can give you the right size.

Please be as detailed as possible so we can provide an accurate final quote. Reference pictures are highly encouraged. Once details are finalized we will send a final invoice. The deposit will be deducted from the final total. Invoices must be paid before the item is shipped. We offer various online payment options, including Shop Pay Installments.

What to Include When You Contact Us

• A picture of your current belt next to a tape measure to get the correct size.
  
• Any tooling, stamping, initials, or custom engraving details + reference images.
• Deadline or special shipping instructions (if you need it by a specific date, tell us right away we may be able to make it work).

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to refuse certain designs or projects.
• Turnaround time is typically 3–6 weeks, but may fluctuate based on order volume. We will keep you updated during the process.
• If you need an order by a specific date, please notify us as soon as possible so we can confirm availability.
• We have our own style and will not copy another maker’s work. We can create custom designs inspired by your idea but we won’t reproduce another artists exact piece.

Deposit & Payment

This deposit secures your place in our build queue and will be applied to the final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to revised orders within a reasonable scope (contact us to discuss). Final invoices must be paid before shipping.
